The Cáritas Productive Technical Education Center (CETPRO) is an institution of the Catholic Church, founded in order to address the labor market needs of our region, helping people develop job and entrepreneurial skills.

Between the years 1986 to 1994, under the direction Angel Mayorga Monsignor Ubaldino Mellado, Cáritas created CEOs (Occupational Education Center) with Peruvian State Convention Resolution No. 1259-07-86 -- Catholic Church 23211 DL , RM 023-90 , 731-2005 RM -ED.

In 2008, with the sponsorship of Reverend Father Genaro Huayllapuma Huaman, director of Cáritas Cusco, CEOs become CETPROs (Productive Technical Education Center) per Resolution No. 1688 passed on October 17, 2007.

Currently, the Archbishop of Cúsco Social Ministry Program has assumed direct management of Cáritas CETPROs.
